Clients like Bona, Conga, and Cisco Meraki implemented Touchpoints to allow users to instantly discover the right documentation where needed, without disrupting their journey by navigating to other websites.

Just weeks after the release of our Site Analysis suite, we’ve released major enhancements to Touchpoints, making them even easier to build, brand, and deploy. Now accessed from the Dashboard’s new Integrations panel, six unique Touchpoints—plus a package specifically designed for Zendesk—can be built without writing a single line of code. If you can copy and paste, you can build a Touchpoint. And we’ve designed them to be intelligent, interconnected building blocks that can be combined in creative ways to solve unique problems, like ticket deflection and agent enablement.
Because Touchpoints are typically embedded on sites outside of MindTouch deployments, we’ve made significant under-the-hood changes to allow for easy branding via CSS. Now you can quickly tweak the look and feel of each Touchpoint to match your marketing or commerce site, keeping the integrity of your brand intact, and encouraging your customers to get the answers they need without leaving the page—and without abandoning their shopping cart.
To make branding even easier, we’ve defined the variables that make up Touchpoints so that you can quickly target specific elements with CSS directly in the Touchpoints management page. Changes can be made even after your Touchpoints have been deployed to your web properties. At any time, you can edit each of your Touchpoints in the Dashboard, and once saved, those changes will populate throughout your web presence automatically. It couldn’t be easier. And with the ability to freely activate and deactivate your Touchpoints, you can experiment now, and deploy later.
